精神障害に関する労災認定 指針改正を検討 (2011年10月31日)
厚生労働省の検討会は、職場でのストレスが原因で発症したうつ病などの労災認定についての判断指針の改正案をまとめた。うつ病発症直前1カ月に残業時間が160時間を超えるか、3週間に120時間以上となった場合には、原則として労災認定することなどが盛り込まれている。
6割超の企業が「派遣労働者が減少」 (2011年10月31日)
厚生労働省が2011年「就労条件総合調査」の結果を発表し、3年前と比較して「派遣労働者が減少した」と回答した企業が61%であったことがわかった。業種別にみると、製造業、金融・保険業でその割合が多かった。なお、「引き続き派遣を活用したい」という企業は70%を超えた。
通勤自転車による事故増加で対策会議 (2011年10月24日)
警視庁は、通勤・通学時間帯の自転車事故が増加傾向にあるため、自転車通勤を奨励している企業(15社)を集め緊急対策会議を開いた。震災が発生した今年3月から8月末までの通勤時間帯の自転車事故は2,129件で、前年比で4.7%増えている。同庁では、今後も道交法の遵守やマナー向上を訴えていく方針。
大企業の今夏賞与は約5%増加 (2011年10月24日)
経団連は、大手企業の今冬ボーナスの第1回集計結果(東証1部上場で従業員500人以上の企業87社が回答)を発表し、平均妥結額が81万480円(前年比4.77%増)で2年連続増加したことがわかった。経団連では「震災や円高の影響を反映し、最終集計の段階ではマイナスに転じる可能性もある」としている。
福島の高校生の県外就職が24%増加 (2011年10月24日)
福島県は、9月中に内定した県内の高校生のうち、県外での採用が昨年と比べて大幅に増えているとする調査結果を発表した。内定2,019人のうち県内就職者は1,223人(前年比7.3%減)で、県外就職は796人(同24.0%増)となっている。原発事故の影響によるもので、今後も若者の県外への流出が加速することが懸念されている。
